For something happy to say, this is what we got Ben for Christmas. I'm really excited for Christmas this year because Ben is so excited about it.

Annie and Clarabel from Thomas, so he can have a proper train
Thomas and Bulstrode bath toy
Pad of paper (coloring is like his favorite thing lately)
Henry (from Thomas) and the Elephant DVD

Aww, I'd love to see a picture of that apron! And the yellow hat! Exciting!

What a great Christmas that little guy is going to have!

Also, did you know they're making a Cars 2?

Yes, I did hear about that. (They make sequels to everything these days, but that's another issue...) I would totally take him to it because he can easily sit through a whole movie, but the problem is the talking. It's quite likely he will be making comments, asking questions, and narrating the entire time. I did think maybe I could take him to it after it's been out a few weeks and go to like the first showing so maybe we'd be the only ones in the theatre.

Ugh, seriously. That really annoys me. Darn sequels.
And that could work! You'd be surprised how many little kids do that, btw. It's really funny to walk into a theatre and hear the little kids.

Also, I don't imagine you'll make it out to see this one, but Tangled was shockingly good! I don't put much stock in Disney movies these days, but it was really wonderful. It's not even really that girly.
