Ok guys, I finally have an LJ. Now I'm a member of your little club of joy and no longer will get looks of shock and horror when I have to remind you at the dinner table, "I have no clue what poll you're referring to since I don't use LJ." (Please forgive any large grammar errors; I feel my IQ slipping away and need to get some serious writing done

Whoa! Getting hit by a car is always my fear when I'm crossing streets and stuff. They just don't seem to be paying attention to people walking. Hope you feel better soon!

I do have a twisted ankle thanks to an irresponsible driver who clipped me as I was stepping onto a curb. Yea, I got hit by a car.

That almost happened to meee! Only I stepped off the curb and was being an irresponsible pedestrian.

So I presume from the sound of things that you are not, in fact, breaking up?
