I'm a big advocate of the "sweat it out" school. And that's saying something because I hate sweating. But when I have a cold and I need to get up and running, I pile on my heaviest street clothes (no pajamas), take an extra vitamin C, have something hot to drink and lie down for a nap under a heap of blankets. If I can get hot enough to sweat, that seems to take care of it, though that works for a one-night event. If your show runs for more than a night, I haven't tried it on consecutive days. My point, assuming I really had one, is try to get a good hot nap in, and see if that helps. I hope you feel, and more importantly are, better soon!
