setbacks are required for progress (or for the route to progress to be shown)

lol you're right...you should not love money enough to persue a career to earn it - you should just win the lottery and have more than enough for the rest of your life ;)

We have an obligation to be as productive as possible. This usually, but not always, means making as much money as possible. It is possible to do one without the other, like Nikolae Tesla or somebody like that.
College is the pursuit of being productive, honing the mental tools that God gave us, etc.
If we loved money we would not spend so much on tuition.
Also Doctors aren't rich anymore.

what do I hear? are we going to start talking lawsuit caps and insurance reforms? ;-)

Anyways, I feel like I'm being productive as a bartender/server. I mean, what's better than feeding the hungry and inebriating the low in spirit! and i do mean spirits! wooohoooo! best of all, I didn't need a college degree to do it. sooo when i drop out of stupid universities where they take all my money and act like they're doing me a favor, you'll know why. that or i'll just join the circus.
