yea i can seriosuly relate to you on this. my parents dont push quite as hard and their ideas of what i should be doing are a little different, but i can understand.

Yeah, I know what you mean. What's the point of studying all of the time and not doing anything else? All it will accomplish is getting you into a career that won't effect much beyond our lifetimes anyway. And if that's all you have, then it's pretty vain and meaningless ( ... )

good point, the main portion of her argument focused around her thinking that katie is to big of a distraction. That would be why this post focused around that

Hey Seth. I can totally relate. dont let ur parents get you down, remember it is your life. All you have to do is just understand that they have a different perspective than you, and then ur done, go make ur own choice. Im sure ur awesome relationship with katie doesnt have much to do with your schoolwork anyways, unless you literally sewed yourselfs together and she wont let you hobble to your classes. wahahaha. I went through this for 2 years with my mom, and i didnt let her interfere, but if she got to me a good thing would have ended before it took off. Just dont think about what ur mom says too much, dont let it get to you. Thats why you have to leave "the nest" in the first place, to go find your own mate and make ur own choices, not let ur parents make them for you ( ... )
