Who wants to go on an adventure with me this summer? Possibly to Europe (on a program or not) or a co-op in Seattle or something of the sort, I'm open to ideas. I just don't want to stay in L.A. and/or Berkeley and have it be the same old.

I'm writing a paper on synesthesia, which is when one sense triggers another; a sound will trigger a color or a person will see certain numbers as certain colors, or taste different shapes, etc. It's not all that rare, maybe 1 in 200, so I'm wondering if anyone I know has this. Do you? Or do you know anyone who does?

Tonight someone explained to me in Romanian how light is polarized, and then I did yoga in front of a roaring fire. I love my co-op.

Well, I'm now an elf. I moved into Lothlorien on Thursday, much to my mother's dismay. I'm in a gigantically huge quad with a fireplace. Well Disneyland was awesome, it felt surprisingly natural to hang out with my floor in a non-Berkeley setting, and I hope we do it often this summer. Also my friend Ivan hadn't been to Disneyland since he was 2 so he didn't remember any of it.
