Ah, but you are very rare and costly! It's made from a part of a crocus flower so is very labor intensive. I used to have a little bit of saffron that I used in the bread you make for Santa Lucia Day but it is long gone.
I know, my LJ is dreadfully boring, isn't it? I really only created it so that I could comment on other people's LJs (I could still comment anonymously, but I've never liked doing that). Maybe some day I'll get myself in gear and use this as a real journal, with substantive posts. Not likely, but it could happen, LOL.
