So, the other day, my QA manager came up to me and asked if I wanted to be the lead on a new team - one that would work on things for a part of the company and also have "floating" help for other teams if they needed it (and we weren't busy). Since I'm already doing pretty much Lead work anyhow, I told him that I'd be interested
