Your remake of the Maxis lot is sooo much better than the original!

The weird thing in last picture looks like there's something wrong with your graphic card. I had stuff like that happening on my old computer and at the end I couldn't even play so I had to buy a new one (graphic card that is). Hopefully it's only because of your defaults this time so it might go away as soon as you remove them.

I was thinking that as well - if the cleaning of my Downloads folder won't help, I'm going to update the drivers. I hope that'll help because I wouldn't want to buy a new graphics card :/

i really thought i was the only one who didn't download buy/build mode items (except for unlocked mts2 and castaway story stuff)!
i like how the city's right near the beach.

I first started using a neighbourhood template that had no room for beach lots but I had to change it since I don't think I could live without having a beach nearby! I haven't used a lot of buy/build mode CC earlier either but still a little bit too much for my liking. It's so much better now that I don't have to scroll through lots of stuff when I try to find something! If only I could do this "No CC" thing with hairs too...

I rarely down CC for build/buy mode. I even went so far as only having default content for clothing. I really need to start up S2, but I need to finish my S2 to S3 project first. The apartment looks great Penny. Seaweed hair is kind of awesome (LOL).

I never had a lot of furniture but I used to have tons of walls, floors, plants and way too many Maxis recolours I never even used because I didn't like the textures or colours. So it feels a little bit weird not having any buy/build mode CC to use now, but on the other hand now I get to use many Maxis walls/floors/objects I've never bothered to use before, so it's all good :)

I'm looking forward to seeing some TS2 pictures from you! I've been missing them actually, to be honest. Of course it's always a pleasure to see TS3 pictures from you but it's even better to see pictures from both games :)
