Ugh. On that scale, my daily level is a 7. 3-4 on a good day, 8-9 on a bad day. I have experienced what I'd translate to that as 9.5 - writhing and weeping and unable to speak or stay still from pain. That's the time they contaminated my morphine IV with something that caused me to have partial seizures every few minutes for hours.
