The ceiling of my new apartment bedroom woke Brad and me up about an hour ago by falling on us while we were fucking sleeping!!!

I didn't think they were supposed to either... My ceiling seemed to feel otherwise.

do you have renters insurance to cover any damages to your stuff? the management will fix the ceiling, but that's it.

No I don't. Luckily none of my stuff was really damaged but the carpet is still caked with insulation and it seems to be a low priority to management to get it fixed.
