I'm setting a personal goal for 2006: reading at least 10,000 pages (roughly 50 novels) in one year. I don't generally like to update for the sake of comments, but I'm in a great need of suggestions.

Please take a moment to recommend a few books. I already have a somewhat comprehensive reservoir or novels to draw from, but I'd love some ideas to ( Read more... )

Heheheh, I might just make you read most of the novels from my Libraries and Labyrinths in Literature class. For starters:

The Man Who Was Thursday - GK Chesterton (I think you'll enjoy it)

Count me in for the forum too.

Will do. That does look like an interesting read, if you can hook me up with a copy. I'm getting in the swing for it already with Joan Didion's 'Slouching Towards Bethlehem'.

I'll let you know when the forums done. Long as I have one other person I guess I'm set.
