Here it is, 6:30 AM, and I am just getting home and to sleep. Sometimes, I wish people would just tell me to go to hell and not endure my inane presence. I don't get it, are they just being nice? Man, you're going to be a zombie tomorrow at FLaRF. That's gonna be funny. Hehe, pirate zombie.

Pirate? Maybe not. I DO allow sleep to stand in between me and a costume.

I think I might have to agree with lilithraevyn about the primal instinct bit... it really is something internal, and almost impossible to describe. Perhaps the red reminds us subconsciously of blood and battle, and our competitive natures rise to the challenge? I do know that most of the red heads I have known were fiery, vibrant, and energetic women with a LOT to offer, but that can't simply be because of the hair. Then again, I have known a lot of blondes that almost seemed to STRIVE to live up to their stereotype, so perhaps it is the same with red heads?
Regardless, it certainly would make an interesting research project! "Why are redheads 'hotter' then non-redheads?"

There has to be a difference between real red and dyed red though. If dyed red always has the same qualities as a natural red, then it's not the hair color. (I was once a red hed and I don't think it changed my personality into the red-head stereotype.) My theory is that red heads are relatively uncommon and because their hair color tends to be so vibrant (natural or not), and it grabs your attention. And if they happen to be fiery, vibrant, and energetic they'll grab your attention that much more.
