I suppose it really depends on the session, but in general I would say that there isn't one specific rate per hour like you would normally find. I'd like to try to accommodate people, depending on their situations, since there are so many different ones to be dealing with here. It seems best to assess it on a case-by-case basis.

In a way. This is a little closer to something along the lines of [ pause ] your basic psychotherapy, but it's very, very dependent on the individual of course.

You said that you believe even the worst of us have a chance at improving themselves, with effort. It's a sentiment I appreciate, for obvious reasons.

I really honestly can't talk about it. I'd love to be able to, but I can't.

Ms. Pillsbury, would you be willing to extend your services to me? I'd be willing to pay a much steeper rate than the others, it'd only be fair. Still, I understand if you'd rather not, because what I need help with is less of your standard guidance and more of a way to watch myself, make sure I don't fall off the path yet again.
