In my family, the youngest will always be the youngest. Barring the rest of my family going through time dilation, taking a spaceship at like .8 X speed of light for quite a long time resulting in them aging slower - I of course will be younger. But, I'd think that 17 would be old enough to hear about things like where my parents will be living ( Read more... )

stupid livejournal forces the words i don't have. for me it's always been the opposite; wanting to hear less but being involved and in the thick of things 24/7. we should have a family swap for a few days, see how they like us then :). and no matter where you go to college, you will be "away" by virtue of the fact that you're not living under the same roof anymore, and can regulate to a much greater degree all your interactions with your family. no more midnight curfews ;)...

damn, that's a pretty big change, u guys have been in the states for ages now havent you... at least you're finding out a few months a head though, not 3 days as was the case with my idiot parents.
