Damned bloody computers, why can't they just take these things apart and check them out the proper way?? Such a cushty job they've got these days. Time to find a new garage I say. :-P

Yes Mark it was the Doctor Who episode that made me want to go visit. It looked better on screen but hey its the middle of winter.

As for the garage I thought seeing its a mercedes dealership it would be top class. Obviously they treat the Mercedes customers differently to the Smart owners.

It wasn't so much the fact they didn't solve the problem its the fact I hung around for a whole day for that. I doubt they spent that long on it.

By law they have to spend a set time on them now, there's camera's that record them doing it too. It's a new system that's come into play. My uncle's a mechanic and has had to be brought up to speed on it all cause all the details now have to be shoved on a computer too, and he's not the most pc literate of people. lol.

You're probably right though, you're seen as scum compared to the normal Merc drivers. lol. :-P

Well its been back in to have the roof done because its leaking. They said it would take 3 days and its now day 3. Just had a phonecall from them saying its not going to be ready today, they will phone me again tomorrow.

Well to keep me occupied I am plumbing in a new radiator on the landing but I need some more parts from the shop. I just put my coat on and about to go when the heavens opened. Its my own fault, I just put sheets on the line to dry.

Suppose it could be worse, I could have got half way there and the rain started. I miss my car.
