Yay for the no-reader-cruelty policy in this fic! We like this! Although we understand that it was tested on a real beta. ;)

How very ironic it would be for them to be locked up for losing their mi... when this is proof that they have finally come to their senses.

I like that this is not the easy-out happy ending. Yes, they are together, but they still don't know what effect it will have on the team. They may yet fail to "get away with it".

p.s. I think I haven't friended you yet here on lj out of laziness. [Okay, so really, everybody has to have a superpower and procrastination is mine. That and being able to sleep through reeally loud alarm clocks. We can't all have the sexy ones like flying and Jedi mind powers.] Unless you have objections, I just got off my duff.

Yeah, I like doing the non-happy happy ending. I was trying to decide whether to go with happy or not, but eventually chose the middle ground. That way I can drop them back in it, should I feel inclined later. :)
