I'm taking the cake decorating classes for my degree in baking and pastry this semester. Today was the third day of class and we got to work with colors (yay!). I've done some decorating before, but until this last month it had been over two years since I picked up a pastry bag

Oh that is beautiful! I really like the yellow flowers, just can't remember the name!

Thank you! Our professor says they're mums but I think they look a bit more like dahlias. So, either one!

I totally agree with almond_joyz--that is gorgeous! I like the yellow ones, too (but yellow is my favorite color, so that's not surprising). :)
