Even as someone who actually uses a blackberry, I recommend you do some soul searching before you decide to get a blackberry-like cellphone to push your e-mail to you. For me, it's been a big lifestyle change. You don't check your e-mail; your email checks you. It seems from your post, you want this just for your personal e-mail account. If that's entirely the case, I recommend you go for it

Hey there! Can you use a non-web email? Like... (cough) pine? Pine is really my super-favorite old-school way to check email, and it's very easy to use on Linux, or a Mac, or Windows if you can install a tiny program called Putty. Then you could check email once in a while (like at lunch?) with your non-web mail and not worry about these other options.

Otherwise, I think I might vote iPhone. I mean, if you're going to go there, go all the way. :)

I don't know anything about blackberry vs. email on phone, etc. I just wanted to say that I love your A-C choices that you came up with. :)
