Marxism wtf
Working hard on my Marxism paper. Go me. I was genuinely worried that whatever I'd written was crap but after some editing, it seems to be decent enough, and I think that it'll be complete today, God willing. I'm supposed to hand in my papers on Tuesday so wish me luck! -

I just bought myself some paid time (for only 2 months, and that was just to test something), and changed my username. To say the very least, it's weird...to open my homepage or my friends page and no longer see calicedesang but instead peppermintwords. Needless to say, this is going to take some getting used to... I went to Blackwell today on Oxford Road and saw the Twilight graphic novels stacked on the shelves. It's almost a crime to see hacks like Stephanie Meyer making loads of cash from such a BS series while more talented writers struggle to find a publisher. I was fiddling around with my facebook profile settings today, namely the relationship status info. I clicked on edit and I chose in a relationship with and in the with box, I typed in an insane asylum. Wrote 455 words on my historiographic metafiction paper! W00t!
So I've been getting into Witchblade. Nothing new there because I was familiar with the series when I was doing A'levels. I didn't know that it was actually based on a comic book series :D. I even tried watching the Witchblade anime but seriously, the heroine's costume just turned me ( Read more... ) -

Listening to The Inheritance of Loss. Absolutely intolerable book, I'm not even paying attention to 70% of the story. I can't believe this is on my reading list. Thank God I don't have to write on it.
