I hadn't walked in over a week and I've been down to one or two times a week vs the five to six days I used to do. That plus binging has made me 20 lbs heavier. Today I decided to walk and jog the little bits between streets. I was SO not up for it. I felt heavy and like I was bent forward at first then I started pitching forward and I fell. Oh sweetheart, my God, I'm so sorry to hear this.

Please rest up. It's horrible that you had to go through this to not binge but things work out for a reason. Sometimes we must go through another kind of hell to get out of a different kind of hell. Count your blessings and heal darling.

I spent today resting and contemplating what it felt like not to binge. It sure is a different feeling. :)

Firstly I'm really pleased and so happy for you that you didn't binge! And that you took control and made yourself exercise. You are my heroine for the day. That's amazing.

Whatever the next day brings you know you achieved something really good yesterday. You ate without a binge! +D

On the down side though do you know why you fell? That sounds a little worrying.

I don't know why I fell. Maybe I'm just too out of shape. It was like I was literally being pushed over. It was weird.
