Please rest up. It's horrible that you had to go through this to not binge but things work out for a reason. Sometimes we must go through another kind of hell to get out of a different kind of hell. Count your blessings and heal darling.

Whatever the next day brings you know you achieved something really good yesterday. You ate without a binge! +D
On the down side though do you know why you fell? That sounds a little worrying.
