I'm not a math major, but... anonymous February 12 2004, 17:47:21 UTC
Alrighty, well, I'm not a math major, but I do think I have an idea about the world...but I think three countries would be more than 1% of all countries. I think that would mean that there are about 300 countries in the world...and I'm almost certain there aren't that many countries. The number has grown during recent years, but that much? I don't know. I'm thinking that there are probably about 200 countries around...meaning you've been to 1.5% of all of the countries...which is already 150% as many as you thought you'd been in. And if there are in fact less than 200...which I'd be willing to bet there are...then you have seen even more than the 1.5%...and if you come on vacation this summer with me you'll get to at least put up another state. So stop the complaining...you've been to three times as many countries as I have!!!

192 countries to be exact, unless you count Taiwan as its own country, then its 193.
