Just over a year later, a return to Mt. Lowe. If you haven't heard of it before, or know why the trail and peak are littered with mechanical remains, read here. A very unusual story.

We have that link blocked for pornography reasons, which of course just makes me more curious of the story.

That is truly bizarre. I cannot imagine what could qualify on there. The Wikipedia entry is pretty good too, though the preservation society has the best set of historical images.
