Fun with infrared
we got an infrared camera! (also a blower door and duct tester) so now we can do energy audits. well, dad can. I can just tech support this camera. so for now I figure out how to load the photos and the diagnostic program on a mac. you can use the camera to find drafts and cold spots, also moisture damage, places where there might be moisture ( Read more... ) -
gotta bring the rest of the plants in
gonna be really cold tonight so i have to bring in my herbs and a couple of geraniums and the passion flower which might not actually be alive anymore. the brugmansia is currently in the kitchen under the skylight and it actually still has a lot of leaves on it, so perhaps it likes it there and will stay that way all winter rather than me trying ( Read more... ) -
