Well, I'm really tall 5'11 and I now weight 154 pounds my goal weight is 135.
I started losing weight back in June so it's taken me 4 and a half months to lose 36 pounds. I diet and exercise like mad. I use to exercise twice a day for an hour and then I'd play tennis or go jogging with my best friend but that was when school was out and I had time. Now, I exercise an hour and a half a day but I think I'm going to have to go back to two hours cause I really want to reach my goal weight but December.
Aw, thanks! Yeah, I've never really sticked to the whole diet/exercise thing until now because I know I needed to lose weight and it's so worth it in the end.

do you mind me asking how much you actually weigh, and how tall you are?
i want to lose 22lbs, i've lost 8lbs so far.. ive still got a long way to go.
how long did it take you to lose the weight? and did you diet, excercise, or both?
