... I killed one of the suspects. A woman named Dlanor Beoulves.

... I do not, in all truth, believe she was one of the seven.

I see.

And you wish to turn yourself in for this crime? What is your name?

Eirin Yagokoro. Though, if it's all the same to you, I'd like to see my husband first.

It makes no difference.

I believe this situation must be sorted once the emergency has passed. But I will remember those responsible.

I haven't done anything wrong. If this... if this is in response to those damn riots, I wasn't even involved!

I am accusing you of nothing. I am simply presenting you with facts. If you are not guilty, then you are being intentionally framed. Either way, you are a target.

I am being framed. I would never harm a human. Never.

... don't worry about that. We have it covered.

I have no reason to accept that based on your word alone. However, as long as there is no evidence against you besides the suspect list, I have no reason to think you are guilty, either.

Keep in mind the identities of any who target you, as I believe it will be necessary in the future to know who will be so willingly led to murder.

Something has to be done if we want this game to end. I don't like the idea that every few days I could be horribly killed until all the suspects die of old age.

I make no comment on whether the mob's actions are pragmatic, although I do feel that most have gone about this in an entirely disorderly and foolish manner.

However, pragmatism is not a legally accepted excuse for committing a severe crime. Were there evidence that the targets were responsible, that would be a different matter entirely, but for now, this will be my role in this drama. I am not afraid of being killed, and I do not wish to play Officer Grady's game.

It's unreasonable to expect the law to stop people from wanting to survive. The longer we delay making any move, the more people will die.

Yeah? And how the hell do you plan on punishing them?
