Pick a Doctor and I'll drabble for you, because I'm both bored and suffering from a writer's block that is probably only worthy of Douglas Adams. Pick as many as suit your fancy and I'll try to write at least one. And if you've a particular mood or incarnation in mind, feel free to specify that.1. Playful!Eight ( Read more... )

Doing stuff I shouldn't before bed: Brig!TARDIS and Intoxicated!Doctor perfect_shoes July 3 2008, 13:33:10 UTC
There is some general acknowledgement that the Doctor does not get drunk very often, although sources are rather vague as to why.

However, when imbibing several Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters in quick succession, it was surprising that he was only drunk, rather than just dead.

In the end, after the bleary eyed bewilderment and shouts of 'Alistair, you're looking well, want a drink!?", it was only next to the console he fell asleep, after denying alternating offers to usher him to bed or get him a bucket, where he would wake up to comforting hums, a throbbing headache and a cup of devastatingly good tea.

Hope this doesn't disappoint! Went to 103 words, of course, but then, I hate word limits and word limits hate me, so I'll just ignore it before it counts this random rambling into its counting as well.

Because you like his voice so much: Dorothy + Angry!Doctor perfect_shoes July 4 2008, 11:59:02 UTC
He shouldn't be scary, but he is.

Teasing him and calling him a girl isn't just not funny now, it's frighteningly inappropriate.

Tones that used to be soft and comforting are loud and shouting, furious and completely unlike the melodious tones that are supposed to be coming out of his mouth.

The humour filled vowels that normally curl and amuse are sharp and biting, driving back their offender from the lifeless body on the floor.

She's not scared, but she's disturbed because she never knew that his voice could ever do harm, let alone like this.

But it's obvious that he didn't know either.

Oh awesome. <3 <3 <3

It's so spot on, because he CAN be scary, and it's so awesome to contrast that with how Eight usually is. And she would be disturbed instead of scared, and omg I love this. You are awesome <3

Shush! I shall live in my corner of annoyed misery! And clearly bloody minded stupidity as well, apparently.
