I absolutely love their linked fingers, I can quite imagine that...
and I can also imagine, even though you did not mention it, Eiji's carefull vision would've catched a glimpse of it... though I'm sure he'd just keep that information to his own *snickers*

Like everyone else has said, the last line is just too sweet :D I really like the concept of the Dragons--the tenipuri boys would certainly make good warriors. And you did a nice job with the drama and tension in the Fuji death/near death scene.
