french bakers are the best. i'm eating my week-old Normandy tart from Paul and it still tastes amazing! the pastry is still perfectly crispy and the apple filling is sweet yet tart. yummy!! much better than the horrible croisant i bought from the portobello market yesterday. hmmm...ralfina offered to introduce me to a cute french-chinese baker
