Shino sits by the tree and the bugs wriggle out of the dirt and fly over from the nearby flowers to crawl on his hands and arms and listen as he talks quietly to them. Hinata watches with fascination, then blushes when he transfers a ladybug to her palm, whispering something near her ear. Kiba leans in to ask a loud question that somehow doesn't carry so far, and nearly falls off his perch in the low branches of the tree. Akamaru barks, alarmed, and Hinata jumps, upsetting the bug. She frowns as it flies away, her blush fading a little. Shino leans over and kisses her cheek, and she squeaks in surprise. Kiba laughs, then tumbles out of the tree while trying to escape a persistent fly near his ear. Hinata reaches for him worriedly, but he nuzzles her outstretched hand as if nothing happened. Only the quirk in Shino's eyebrows gives away that he's rolling his eyes.
Halfway down the hill, Kurenai smiles and turns back to watching Shikamaru point out clouds to the baby, Neji sitting at his side, a rather forced look of boredom on his face.
