The Shinya pic is great! Not just the rendering and the expression, but also the way you've created the strong black/white composition.

Art nerd that I am, the torso prop in Blue Lagoon makes me think of several Goya etchings (Caprichos, Disasters of War, etc,) where there are headless or impaled victims of war & ravaged women.
