South Beach Diet

Well, I decided that I am going to start the South Beach diet and today is my second day on it. I decided that I was sick and tired of being tired, over weight for my height as well as not being satisfied with how I looked. So what does the south beach diet consist of? Like what's the basic principle behind it?

its a whole list of allowed foods and such. The first two weeks are virtually no carbs and you can extend that another week if you want. This is to basically break your addiction to bad carbohydrabes such as chips and potatoes (yes they're baaaad)and most types of breads. Then you add back one carb each day that is "healthy"

Good to know; I've always heard about it, but never knew exactly what it entailed. I'm sure you'll be able to do it; it's all a matter of willpower, and I have a feeling you could explode something, if you tried hard enough.

rofl... its rough!!! I LOVE bread! I drank a little soda this am and got SO sick because of not having ANY sugar in my system for hte past five almost 6 days...
