i fully get it when you say you want 'dont wanna stay stuck like this' but u dont wanna gain weight. i'm the same (but my weight isnt as low as yours). my therapist has suggested incorporating healthier eating slowly, ie the veg/fruit/soup you were planning, to keep the intake down but to make the actual intake more healthier and better for your body. ie to stop loss of muscle etc. its sad that you and your hubby cant talk openly about this. but i know how that feels too. i think you need to sit down and have the conversation with him, to get things out in the open, and get him to help you. i know it wont be easy, and i know you might get resistance from your hubby, and i know you might get 'but you've tried recovery before and it didnt work', but if you truly want to get over it NOW, then you need to have this conversation and you need his help, family support. i see a dietician, not regularly atm cause of the holidays, but i am not ready to 'recover' yet, so its not really helping me, i'm just going to satisfy my case manager. i was
