So I think it's always been pretty obvious that I really really love my family, and if I had what I really wanted that I would be there with them for this season. That said, man, do I love the few times of the year where most of new york is doing something and I'm doing the complete opposite. Nice quiet apartment, empty subway. Mmmm

I love doing girly things for myself from time to time. I totally "get" what your saying about doing nice things for yourself helps put everything else in line. In fact, you've inspire me to do my own pampering regimine.
