I agree, and I feel that it would be worth some investigation. However, adequate resources and a suitable fighting force would be necessary in order to avoid letting our hands get stained with blood. Not like the last one who tried before that whole "chimera" incident.

A sort of test, yes- I'd rather call it an experiment.
I suppose you have some suggestions regarding how we would assemble an adequate fighting force? Few are nearly cooperative enough to act without some form of persuasion.

I might. Since it seems that there are isolated groups that are willing to explore the outer regions of the city and that deathtrap of a hospital, I do not think that assembling such a force would be as difficult as you think. Still, it would help to gather more data on a few individuals, and try to persuade them that your methods aren't all suspicious.
