In terms of photographers, just remember that all your guests will also be taking photos, so you're bound to get some good ones, even if you're disappointed in the professional's.
Dude man - that sounds impressive. The combination of electrician and photographer alone would have given me a meltdown.
There is a HUGE chicken keeping movement in Athens right now. I am even starting to see cars with bumper stickers that read "PRO CHICKEN," which just never ceases to look funny.
