The quarter before I was only a regular non-silver honorable mention so i suppose I'm moving up in the world. ;)

Out of curiosity, how long was the wait to hear back from Tor.com? I've heard it takes forever but not specifics.

I submitted it in November or so and heard back in June. So 7 months. But a couple friends waiting 11 months for rejections. I know one person who's been waiting longer but she's a Tor novelist so her chances of having been held for further consideration are probably high.
