Just had AA Window and Gutter come and clean the roof and driveway. And DUDE. The guy was awesome. The roof is clean, the driveway is so shiny it looks brand new. My First Lesson
I taught my first "lesson" yesterday--as the lead art docent for Vivian's class. Oh, my. It actually went pretty well, although I'm sure her teacher is still rolling her eyes at my utter overpreparedess for teaching Kindergarten art (which included a PowerPoint with fully scripted lesson). This I got my official "transcript review" from WGU Washington, confirming that I've met all the prerequisites for the Masters in Teaching K-8 program. In the early evening I had my official "intake interview" with my enrollment counselor, which was the last requirement I had to meet to ensure that I could officially start my program on September 1 ( Read more... )
