I think one of the classes ahead of us had a floor shirt that had that quote on it. : )

Awwww... Rose! That actually made me laugh out loud in front of my computer, in my kitchen, and spray a little brown rice. :D

That's pretty funny. And I find it mildly amusing that they keep track of such things, but I suppose alumni couples are good for donations, since you've only got one college between the two of you. ;)

We're certainly not stellar for alumni donations! I'm not 100% sure how they track it, since we've never told them we got married. I don't think I officially updated my name change with them, although I did send the diversity guy my business card once. I'm pretty sure Tim never updated his address with them... I think they've just got minons!

It's funny, "but" what the hell is up with the quotes around "butt"? I know it is engineering school, but ("but") did no one pass English? ;)

Yeah, I did. I noticed after I submitted and there was no way to fix it. I "am" so embarrassed.

That's not even accurate. The odds were only good for one side of the ratio. They were equally bad for the other side. Thus, on average, the odds were only 50% good for any given (heterosexual) alumni couple.

So, at best, the odds were even. But the goods were stupid and ugly (see: Tim).

Obviously the card was meant for the most important person in the relationship.
