So we sold the house (money is in the bank and everything - what's left of it, at least) which has been a big relief. So, we're finally able to start doing that "planning" thing that we've held off on. (PS- I love budgeting. Love love love it

I do hope they're Lord of the Rings dull swords. Those are most useful in any Zombie Apocalypse type situations. (At least, that's what I hear.)
