Scars
Characters: Genesis, Reno
Rating: R?
Warnings: Sex, allusions to wounds.
They weren't dating. Not really. Dating would involve one of them actually staying through the night, or actually being seen in public together in a casual way. Genesis knew Reno would probably never tell him the real reason behind the inked lines across his flesh, the crimson haired turk was evasive when it came to personal questions like that.
He had, however, learned how to tell what sort of scars different weapons left, the bump in a bone from a long-healed break. Despite the various wounds and scrapes he'd had himself there weren't any scars, whether it was a blessing or a curse of SOLDIER was anybody's guess. It was what made them different from the Turks. Turks had scars.
On the nights they were together, he made sure to press warm lips against every pale line and ghost his fingers over every ridged bone. He delighted in the way the turk would writhe beneath his hands, gasping and giving a whispered plea for him to "Hurry the fuck up and stop teasing.". Genesis would, of course snarl something along the lines of "Be patient." and dig his teeth in a pale shoulder.
They weren't dating. Not really. Dating would involve them kissing slowly and sweetly. It had been the one thing Reno insisted on, he didn't mind the bruises from SOLDIER-strength hands gripping his hips or the marks when his teeth broke skin. Some nights he seemed to enjoy it more than others and it was never Genesis' place to question why or just hold him.
When a new scar appeared, cure-healed and still bruised he simply memorized it as well.
Did I know where I was going with this? NOPE NOT REALLY.
