my last assignment was to write out the incident
wow, i've done that a few times about my 3 year abusive relationship. it also involved rape, emotional and physical abuse ... all that good stuff. its tough right now, but it does work (most of the time) every time i read about it, i just think to myself that it's over and done. my situation is a bit different i'm guessing, but for me its a good reminder that i did the right thing by finally leaving.
