I HATE WHEN PEOPLE MESS WITH MY PICTURES!!!

I am sooooooooo upset! Carri just informed me that she accidently lost negatives to two of my rolls when she left them at a store! If I don't get copies back from some people (b/c some people took the last frickin' copy of some of the pics), that means that there's close to 10 great group pics that I'll never see ever again b/c I won't be able to

Liz I know pictures are important to you but sometimes the moment is more important than capturing it...

True, so that's why I don't fret over the pics that I don't take. It's just that when I do take pictures, then they become a part of me and they become a point of reference (as weird/crazy as that sounds), meaning that I know that I have the ability to use them for various purposes (and I make copies of them as gifts, for my own frames, to make collages, etc.) -- if something were to happen to a particular picture, then I know that I could use the negative to make a copy. The fact that I don't have the negatives now totally cuts down on that, and that's why I'm so upset over not having them.

{I'll spare you my whole crazed hypothetical explanation on how my negatives could relate to an insurance claim...}
