So if I've been accurately keeping up with the calender here in Vatheon, then today is Father's Day.

[A pause.]

I hope my dad is doing okay.. it's been a while since I've seen him. It'd be nice to be able to wish him a Happy Father's Day at least... but I guess that's not really possible considering the circumstances.

[And a sigh, it really is lame.]

I do. I wouldn't think of living anywhere else.

It's a quiet and reserved place. There's a security guard. It's very safe.

Well... I wouldn't say I need the best apartment. As long as it has the basics I'll be alright.

If you're going to do something, aim for the top. Why would you accept an apartment that's anything less than perfect?

Well... first of all; I believe that the term 'perfect' varies in opinion from person to person. Since we all have different ideas of what the perfect place may be, varying by his or her needs. Not just for apartments, but for all things, really.
