[In an empty car completely devoid of light, a petite blond girl stands. Though there's no wind, her hair flutters as if lifted by a breeze. She stands with her back to the entrance of the car, seemingly staring at the nothingness beyond the car.]
[This car is lit up like a white beach on the most perfect summer island day. A giant domed roof is letting the light in, reflecting off a pure white floor. With no fixtures to provide even a tiny sliver a shade, it would be blinding to some one who isn't a vampire.
[She winces and pulls her clothing closer around her, hood hiding her head. If only she hadn't left her gloves in her bag, she could put on the sunglasses and be rid of the awful glare bouncing up off the floor.]
This is someone's idea of a horrible joke. [She dare not see if it's artificial light or sunlight, doesn't want to chance a burn knocking her out.]
[Unfortunately for you, Ziva, there isn't. At least not one immediately close. There miiiight be one at the other end of the car, if you can make it that far.]
She squints more against the glare of the place, side stepping carefully and on high alert for any attacks. It's a perfect opportunity to ambush someone, when they're blinded and not looking for it.]
[The car seems normal enough. A little sparse, maybe. But something feels off.
As soon as the intended victim walks in, the doors slam shut and the lights go off, bathing the car in darkness until a single spotlight comes on her, and then another illuminates a very dangerous looking chair with several kinds of nasty looking pieces of lab equipment attached.
A nondescript man in a lab coat stands near by, waiting for his 'subject'.]
Ssil tensed a little, whirling around as the lights went out and the door slammed behind her. That was never a good sign; in her experience it usually meant a boss fight something dangerous was going to happen.
More confidently than she felt, she called out, "Who's there?"
[The man in the lab coat only turns a dangerous grin to her, but seemingly out of nowhere strong hands grab Ssil, dragging her towards the chair with every intent of strapping her down on it.]
[For Erika, the cars she's been going through seem as normal as anything, but there's something lurking in the shadows of those cars. It's been following her, just out of sight, but certainly not out of mind.]
Erika could feel she was being watched. It was like a persistent itch on the back of her head. Settle down, she told herself. You're just being paranoid. It's probably just Marlene feeling unusually shy, or something like that.
Testing this theory, since she wasn't nearly as sure of it as she was pretending to herself, she called out, "Marlene?"
"Marlene?" she called again, turning toward the last direction she thought she felt a presence from. "You can come out, I promise. It's just me here..."

[unfortunate for her, she made her way into the car.
... and immediately, she wondered who turned out the lights. so, feeling around with one hand, she tried to find something, anything, a light switch, flashlight ...
...
wait, where were the sounds of the train?
isn't she bound to run into something sooner or later?

[this? this is creepy.
and now she's lost. and really, really uncomfortable. she starts trying to find her way out herself, but it doesn't look like it's succeeding too well.]

What's more unexpected is who is there. Hazuki identified her at once.]
Hatsumi...?! You're here? I've been looking for you for so long...

And the closer Hazuki gets, the further away Hatsumi seems to be.]

Cannot even see an exit, if there is one.

[She doesn't plan to go easy; she twists and thrashes, flailing out with her feet and tail as much as she can.]

It is completely empty and devoid of life, save for the unfortunate soul who makes her way in to that car.]
