Chiro sat behind the church alter, legs crossed and hands on his knees. He was meditating, drawing his Master's energy into his body. He could need it for what was to happen here today. He had heard the arrival of two of his three victims. He would wait for the last one to arrive as well before making his presence known. For now, he would continue to meditate.

Silence. There was barely a sound other than the clack of hard rubber on metal as a particularly broody assassin approached the church car. Yuri Lowell let out an annoyed snort as he pulled out a Thompson submachine gun from his gun case, checking it a few times before shutting the case.

For him, he had mixed feelings about this battle -- on the one hand, Estelle had gotten injured because of this weirdo. And yet, another part of him had this urge to fight, to kill -- he himself smirked darkly at the possibility of scattering his entrails along the stone and stained glass of the church as some sort of one big 'fuck you' to the god of this train and that of Chiro's master.

Either way, if Chiro was looking for a fight, he got one. Yuri entered the church behind Zuko and Zashi, 'hmph'ing as he fired a warning shot into the ceiling. "Where is he?"

She entered in behind Yuri, flinching a little bit as she heard the gunshot. She frowned, taking his free hand in hers and clinging to it. She was defenseless now. Her ring was missing. It only made her want to hide more, but ... this needed to end. And she needed to be here for it.

"Yuri, let's see what happens first ..." She said quietly, then looked to Zashi and Zuko.

She wanted to say something, but ... she found she didn't know what.

Zashi jumped, clinging to Zuko's arm tightly.

"Do you have to do that?" Zuko sighed in annoyance, glancing around the area.

"W... we're here!" Zashi called out, whimpering quietly. She didn't want to call Chiro out, but doing nothing wasn't going to end what was happening.

A chuckle comes from behind the alter. There is the sound of objects being moved as he stands up, holding up the three items he has placed the curses upon.

"So I see and hear. I am glad you all could make it. You have come for there, have you not?" He held up the broom, badge, and ring. He set them upon the alter and walked around so he was in the open.

"Now then, the question is what happens next, isn't it?" He smirked as he spoke. He had the upper hand here and he knew it.
