I have a couple of boxes of Lovenox single dose syringes that I'm not planning on using and they expire in January. Where does one donate prescription medication? Apparently we don't have rules about it in this state and calling a pharmacy isn't productive.

Ask your doctor, he/she should know. If it can't be used you may end up having to turn it in at the pharmacy for disposal.
