Wow! Not sure what to think just yet.

So Nintendo revealed their controller for the Revolution. Not really sure what to think of it yet, but I am looking forward to getting to try one out at some point.

In other news, apparently my phone was shut off, gonna try to take care of that tomorrow, so if anyone has been unable to get ahold of me that is the reason.

I do wonder if the game cube hook ups can be used for anything other than playing the game cube games.

I really like the concept. I look forward to trying it out, to get a real opinion on it. I'm more worried on how older style games will be playable with it. There is speculation that perhaps a GameCube style controller will be made available in the future as well. Either way I salute Nintendo for breaking the controller mold. Now, lets see how it does on the market, when released.

Only thing i am worried about is where am i gonna get a good chance to try it out? Store models are gonna suck, its gonna be tethered down and like 5 inches from a tv, not gonna work. I almost want to wait till a friend gets one so I can try it out in a real invironment, but i also want to get one at launch . . .

there are suposed to be 3 different controllers to it. I think the remote control looking one is too confusing X_X

Thats funny that you say that because what they said is that they wanted it to not be confusing so that anyone could pick it up and not be intemidated by it. But I agree, looking at it and not getting to try it yet I think it is gonna be a bit confusing.

So far all the reviews I've read on it(from people who have tried it) have nothing bad to say about it, with the exception it was a little weird at first. Then after a few minutes on how more natural it felt then controllers.

Personally, I don't think it looks confusing at all, and welcome the idea of not have to put my hands close to each other, being able to be in a more natural and comfortable posture.

I dunno- I still think that may be a bit intimidating. Especially since everyone is so used to having a regular controller... I wouldnt know what to do with my hands.. I would get TOO lazy... plus I kinda like hunching forward with my controller and freaking out while playing a good game ^_^
