Walking dogs while listening to the MP3 player = WIN. Really wish I'd tried it six years ago. OTOH, it's only the past 2-3 months that I've gotten City Mouse to walk in an approximately straight line at a relatively steady pace, so... maybe not..

HEE! Good job! I admit, I've tried one of the running programs and I hated it. It's probably more because I absolutely loathe running. I'll pick any exercise over running, which means I probably should focus on running MORE, but... well, Run-hate.

I am reeeaaaally happy it's going well for you, though. For blisters, I always use neosporin and bandaids. It's probably a simple solution you already know, but it took me a little while to figure it out. (Yeah, yeah, I'm the bottom of the learning curve, sometimes.)

Good luck on your CT5k! I completed it last year in the fall and now am doing it again this summer.
