So the waking up at 5:30 only lasted two days. I realize, it just won't really work. To wake up so early, I'd have to go to sleep by the latest 11pm, but I get off work at 10, so by the time I get home it's 10:15 and then I want to sit around and relax a bit, not go straight to sleep. So I end up going to sleep at my usual hour which is anytime
